Environmental Justice Thriving Communities Technical Assistance Centers (EJ TCTACs) Program
The EJ TCTACs provide training and other assistance to build capacity for navigating federal grant application systems, writing strong grant proposals, and effectively managing grant funding. The program is funded by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Department of Energy.

EPN Capacity-Building Technical Assistance Program
The Capacity-Building Technical Assistance Program provides assistance to communities, NGOs, and state, local, and tribal agencies disproportionately impacted by environmental and health issues. EPN assists organizations to more effectively and meaningfully participate in government decision-making by helping them navigate the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, potential grants, regulatory processes, federal policies, and publicly available data to support their work.

NASA Indigenous Peoples Initiative
The Indigenous Peoples Initiative focuses on building relationships across NASA and Indigenous communities through place-based remote sensing training, community engagement, and co-production of knowledge. Initiative for Resilient Great Lakes Coasts

The Initiative for Resilient Great Lakes Coasts is a joint project between the Great Lakes and St. Lawrence Cities Initiative and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). The initiative provides training and technical assistance to municipalities around the Great Lakes to support the development of nature-based solutions to impacts experienced in coastal areas, including erosion, flooding and severe storm events.

Tribal Climate Resilience Liaisons
The Tribal Climate Resilience Liaisons are a multi-regional support network to assist Tribes in addressing science-based needs available to them at Department of the Interior's Climate Adaptation Science Centers (CASC) for improved climate adaptation planning efforts. The Liaisons are stationed throughout Indian Country and help respond to diverse challenges Tribal communities are facing by serving as extension agents, facilitating research, and coordinating forums and exchanges. ICRN works closely with the Liaisons to achieve our shared goals of supporting Indigenous climate resilience.
